By scheduling an appointment with us, all guests agree to and acknowledge our cancellation policy.
A valid credit card on file is required in order to schedule an appointment over the phone. First-time clients may be asked to schedule online.

We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or modify your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, it is considered a "Late cancellation."
Late cancellations will be subjected to a fee of 50% of the total cost for your scheduled appointment. The fee will be charged the card on file.
Our salon has a 15 minute grace period for lateness. Please note that we may not be able to still accommodate guests who show up more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time.
All guests who late cancel or do not show up for their scheduled appointment may be required to leave a $100 deposit for one of their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation within the requested 48 hour time frame.

If you feel there is something off with your hair or service, please reach out to us, we are happy to make adjustments! All service adjustment requests must be performed within 10 days of original appointment or additional charges may apply.

We kindly ask all first-time clients to provide a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure their appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, or for no-shows.

For gratuity, we accept cash or Venmo only.
